Why is this a direct-pay practice?
Direct-pay care allows for longer visits, direct physician access, and a more controlled patient experience without system constraints.Insurance is not billed directly. We are able to provide a coded receipt (superbill) for you to submit to your insurance.Benefits vary by plan, please verify coverage prior to receiving care, if you wish to submit to your insurance.

Comprehensive evaluations are intended for diagnosis, second opinions, and complex concerns.Procedure consultations are for patients ready to pursue a specific treatment or procedure.

Do I need a referral?
No referral is needed. Contact us below to request an appointment.You will be contacted you when scheduling becomes available.

Can I be seen if I have Medicare?
You can be seen only for services that are not covered by Medicare.This includes shockwave therapy for ED and cosmetic procedures.

What is your cancellation policy?
Please provide 24 hours notice, if you wish to cancel or reschedule.Please note that the appointment deposit is non-refundable for cancellations, rescheduling requests, or missed appointments made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
